Contract

Once you decided you wish to use our services, your wedding coordinator will send you a contract outlining the preliminary services you have selected.

A signed contract along with a deposit is required in order for your personal coordinator to continue with your wedding arrangements.

Once we have received the contract, you will receive written confirmation and your coordinator can then continue to securing the wedding venue, date and additional services.

Additional services can be added as the planning process unfolds. Your coordinator will send you regular updates and confirmations regarding your forthcoming wedding. You will be invoiced separately for each additional service.

Prior to your wedding your coordinator will put together a written wedding program detailing point by point you entire event to ensure everything which was previously discussed has been included.
