Wedding Planners

All weddings organised by World Weddings are assigned to a personal wedding planner who is managed by a wedding supervisor. These two wedding consultants are usually British nationals who work full-time and solely for our company.

Wedding coordinators working with us in the UK have several years experience in planning and arranging romantic weddings throughout the UK.

Your personal wedding coordinator is available to assist you every step of the way and will take care of all aspects of your wedding, including reserving, confirming and making all the necessary arrangements according to what is included in your contract.

Your wedding coordinator will communicate with you on a regular basis with updates regarding the progress of your wedding plans. They may be reached by either e-mail or telephone if there are any concerns.

Your on site coordinator will accompany you on your wedding day to guarantee that the schedule and all services are performed as promised.
