Wedding Receptions

The wedding reception is where the celebrations really begin, a time when friends and family come together to congratulate you as newlyweds. Our UK wedding coordinators will make sure that everything is covered and everyone has a truly memorable experience.

Receptions can be held in marquees both during the summer and winter months, in hotels, or more unusual venues such as country houses, barns, galleries and museums; the choice is entirely yours.

A traditional UK wedding reception would start with champagne, cocktails, wine, non alcoholic drinks and a selection of hot and cold canapés followed by either a sit down meal consisting of at least 3 courses or a buffet with dancing and other entertainment to end.

All menu options, including vegetarian alternatives as well as the drinks selection, will be forwarded onto you by your personal wedding coordinator. Some venues allow you to supply your own drinks (sometimes with a corkage charge) or have an open bar which is a free bar where guests order their own drinks. Prices will be quoted per person.

Our wedding coordinators can organise large receptions, small receptions for close family and friends or a romantic candlelit dinner for just the bride and groom. They can also arrange other services which accompany the wedding reception such as photographers, wedding cakes and entertainment.
